How do I become a vendor at Rolling Loud Thailand?
If you would like a concession at the festival, please apply here.

What do I do if I lose something?
All lost property will be kept safe on the main festival site. If you find or lose anything please visit our festival information tent or talk to a staff/security member. If you lose anything on-site please go to the merch stand, or get in touch directly with our customer support team.

Tickets & Entry

What is the difference between Presale, Tier 1, and Tier 2 tickets?
There is no difference between ticket tiers other than the price. As more ticket tiers are released, they go up in price, therefore the sooner you buy your ticket, the more you will save!

What does General Admission mean?
General admission tickets include three-day access to the main festival area.

What’s included with a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include access to the main area, a dedicated VIP area with a private bar, private bathroom facilities and fast-track entry into the festival site. Note: Drinks and private tables are not included in the ticket price.

Can I upgrade my ticket?
We are unable to offer ticket upgrades

Are there any table packages available?
Table packages will become available closer to the event dates. If you would like to register or potentially reserve any interest, please contact us via our socials.

When will I receive my festival ticket?
At this stage, you will only receive a booking confirmation and an E-Ticket. We will provide more information soon regarding wristband pick-up.

Can I buy a single day ticket?

Single day tickets are not available at this time.

Can I buy a ticket on behalf of a friend or relative?

Yes, you must input your friends name and details when purchasing the ticket

Can I buy my ticket from other third-party sellers?
Tickets on third-party websites are not valid and are not authorized. To ensure you are buying a genuine ticket please follow the links on our website only.

Who are the official ticket vendors?
Our official vendors are TICKETMELON & THAI TICKET MAJOR.

How do I get in touch with support?

How can I change my personal details on my booking?
There are no name changes available on ticket purchases. To make changes to your booking i.e. email, address, card details etc. Please contact your ticket provider directly

Where do I get my festival wristband?
You can pick up your festival wristband from the festival accreditation area on-site

What do I need to bring to guarantee entry?
Please bring your ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with, and a valid photo ID. Note: The name on your ticket must match the name on your ID

What constitutes a valid photo ID?
Government-issued forms of identification, such as Passports, National ID cards, or driving licenses

Can I cancel or sell my ticket?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

What happens if I lose my wristband?
Wristbands will only be issued once. Broken or lost wristbands cannot be replaced so please look after them

Accommodation & Flights

Where should I book my accommodation?
Since Pattaya is a popular tourist destination, there is a vast selection of quality hotels, resorts, villas, and apartments to choose from. We suggest you book as quickly as possible because the event is happening during the Thai New Years holiday.

Is there camping available?
Rolling Loud Thailand is a non-camping festival.

How can I change the details on my hotel booking?
Please contact your accommodation provider directly to make any changes to your booking or itinerary.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out times vary, please contact your accommodation provider directly.

How can I safely store belongings?

Most hotels provide a safety deposit box within your room. If this is something you need, double-check your accommodation amenities or contact your accommodation directly.

Which airport should I fly into?
Bangkok has two airports depending on where you are flying in from. Don Muang Airport (Limited International flights, mainly from within Asia) or Suvarnabhumi International Airport (most international flights will come through here).

Local Info

How hot is it in Pattaya?
During the dates of the festival, temperatures are around 30-35 degrees celsius or 86-98 Fahrenheit. It is also rather humid, so please stay hydrated!

Will there be any cash machines or ATMs on site?
Our local Banking partner will provide on-site ATMs where you can withdraw Thai Baht.

What currency should I bring?
You can exchange most currencies in Thailand. However, US Dollars and Euros are preferred.

What is the local language?
The main language spoken is Thai, and some locals speak limited English.

Festival Rules

Can I bring food and drink into the festival?
No food or drink will be allowed into the festival site however you may bring an empty hydration pack and fill it up and one of the many water stations available to you at the festival.

There will be a wide range of food and drink available to purchase inside the festival.

Can I bring a bag into the festival?
Bags equal to or smaller than an A4 sheet of paper are allowed. We strongly encourage the use of clear (see through) bags in order help speed up the entry process for everyone attending.

Can you bring cameras into the festival?
Professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses) without an approved photo pass are not permitted.

Can I sell merchandise at the festival?
We reserve the right to confiscate any items you are selling without our approval.

Can I go in and out of the festival each night?

There is no re-entry into the main festival site each day.
